About us
ICTE, an Educational and Charitable Trust was officially registered in Cochin by Onassis Lazar to fulfill his vision of reaching out to the under privileged and minority community by providing education and skills through adequate training at international standards. He himself, coming from a fishermen community, has gone through many a tough situation for getting proper education. Having had practical experience in India and abroad for almost two decades in various domains, he set out with an organization named IALM, Kochi and over the past 13 years had provided skill training to more than 4000 students in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. This formed the foundation of ICTE, with a greater vision to spread to all districts of Kerala and other states of India, so that a greater section of people may be benefitted through this endeavor.
